
Victoria M Dominguez
Principal Investigator
Victoria is a biological anthropologist with research focused in skeletal biology, bone quality, biomechanics, and forensic anthropology.
Currently an Assistant Professor at Lehman College, CUNY, she is also a member of the graduate faculty at the CUNY Graduate Center and part of the core faculty of the New York Consortium of Evolutionary Primatology (NYCEP).
Bailey Colohan
PhD Candidate
Bailey’s research interests include skeletal biology, biomechanics, locomotion, life history, and primate and human evolution. She is currently a PhD student at the CUNY Gradcenter and a member of the New York Consortium of Evolutionary Primatology (NYCEP).

Julie Strain
PhD Student
Julie’s research interests include human skeletal biology, human evolution, and applied osteology. She is a first year PhD student at the CUNY Grad Center in Anthropology and a member of the New York Consortium of Evolutionary Primatology (NYCEP).

Amen Dilawar
Undergraduate Researcher
Amen Dilawar is an undergraduate student at CUNY Lehman College majoring in Multimedia Journalism along with an Interdepartmental Concentration in Anthropology, Biology, and Chemistry. A published writer and advocate, she is passionate about uplifting marginalized voices and addressing inequities in underserved communities. She is intrigued by skeletal biology and has specifically explored osteon area and circularity among other microstructural features to study bone remodeling and structural variation.
